Blodnick Fazio & Associates PC has announced that Kai Y. Gao has joined the firm as an Associate. He previously worked at the firm as a Legal Intern.
Mr. Gao concentrates his practice in contracts, corporate law, bankruptcy law and legal malpractice, with an emphasis on general litigation matters. He is also fluent in Mandarin.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Syracuse University in 2012 and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2016. While attending law school, Mr. Gao interned for numerous law firms in Brooklyn, including Ceil Partners LLC, The Arther Law Firm, and Law Offices of Jin Hu & Associates, PLLC. He also served as a Judicial Intern for Nassau County Supreme Court Justice David P. Sullivan and New York State Supreme Court Justice Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan.
