Humza W. Arshad practices in three core areas of law: Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, and Real Estate Transactions. His litigation practice encompasses both general and commercial matters, providing comprehensive representation in complex civil disputes. Mr. Arshad has gained valuable “behind the scenes” experience in the inner workings of the New York Judiciary through his service as an extern for Justices of the Supreme Court and Judges of the Appellate Division.
In estate planning and administration, Mr. Arshad helps clients navigate the complexities of wealth transfer, probate proceedings, and estate management. His real estate practice covers the full spectrum of property transactions, ensuring clients receive thorough representation whether buying, selling, or managing real estate investments.
Mr. Arshad’s diverse experience across these practice areas allows him to provide strategic counsel that addresses the interconnected legal issues his clients face, delivering practical solutions with a deep understanding of how litigation, estate matters, and real estate transactions intersect in today’s legal landscape.
Mr. Arshad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business. He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Juris Doctorate from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Mr. Arshad is duly admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey.
